Judy DiMaggio is a Certified Integrative Holistic Nutrition Coach. After spending her entire working life in the corporate world up until four years ago, she decided to become a health coach to fulfill her passion of holistic health. She works with clients to improve their health through diet and lifestyle changes. She specializes in food allergies as she has had to deal with her own and that is what led her to holistic health. Judy received her training at the Integrative Institute of Nutrition in New York City. She is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, the International Association of Health Coaches and has taken Advanced Business Training at IIN. In addition to food allergies, she also works with clients experiencing weight challenges. She is a native New Yorker.

Nadia Kawash, FMHC & certified Bioenergy healer
Nadia is a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, which entails working with clients on finding the root cause of their problems and solving it through diet and lifestyle changes. She collaborates with doctors because she does not diagnose or put them on or off medication. Nadia works parallel with her clients, educating them on their bodies and explaining the interconnectedness of every part and system of the body. This information empowers them to try new things and make necessary changes to transition into a healthier lifestyle that brings joy and vitality back into their lives.
Nadia specializes in the gut, because this is where she believes the root of all disease begins. Working to bring back balance and homeostasis by reducing inflammation and dysbiosis. This, in turn, strengthens the gut lining and nourishes it. From there, she can tackle all the other issues.

Celyn is a Master of Public Health student at New York University with a concentration in Public Health Nutrition. Prior to pursuing public health, she was practicing as a community pharmacist in various parts of the UK, helping patients manage their medication while advocating for holistic health through nutrition and wellness. She earned her Master of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nottingham. Her interests include chronic disease prevention and management through nutrition and lifestyle measures, food as medicine and worksite wellness. In her free time, she enjoys strength training, reading, and baking. Celyn is a summer intern at Nat Med Coach researching the role of self-care in chronic disease prevention and healthy people.
