Dr. Claudia Guy ND  Dr. Claudia Guy is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, who received her doctorate and training at Bastyr University, with extra focus on hydrotherapy, homeopathy, women's health, and natural integrative fertility. Dr. Claudia has received an extra certification in Integrative Approaches to Infertility. Dr. Claudia also incorporates essential oil therapy in her practice. Before becoming a Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. Claudia was an educator with the NYC Department of Education. She believes strongly in educating her clients according to the Naturopathic principle of Doctor as Teacher, and enjoys lecturing to the community, such as STEM programs and a local organization Sister to Sister International. She helps her audience and clients understand Naturopathic Medicine, how the body works, how diseases begin, what basic blood work can reveal, and how to improve and overcome chronic disease. Dr. Millie Lytle ND, MPH, CNS Millennia Ruth Lytle is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, having earned a 4-year post graduate doctorate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She also earned a Master of Public Health abroad (Germany) and Certified Nutrition Specialist with the BCNS. She fills gaps of care your doctor doesn't with Naturopathic Medicine and custom-made nutrition programs. She is a member of Tournesol Wellness' Primary Care Team and works in tandem with the medical team to improve primary care in New York. Dr. Millie's modalities are functional, whole foods and clinical nutrition, Gene SNP analysis, herbs, homeopathy, hypnotherapy, lifestyle medicine, Brennan Hands of Light Therapy, Spiritual psychology and Mind-Body Medicine. She incorporates education and research in the fields of epigenetics and nutrigenomics in order to help her patients make bio-individual transformation from a scientific and spiritual angle.  Dr. Millie is a public speaker, author and found of Eating for Meaningtm, a nutrition program dedicated to making mindful transformation in diet choices. Dr. Millie is the co-founder of Nat Med Coach, and the Naturopathic Doctors for Health Coaches program, mentoring health coaches to become experts in their chosen field. She is also the co-founder of Nat Med Coach. Dr. Millie sits on the Medical Advisory Board for the School for Applied Functional Medicine and BeatCancer.org. Rachael Pomato MS, CNS, LDN Rachael is a Certified Nutrition Specialist practitioner and a Licensed Nutritionist-Dietician. She received her Masters of Science degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health.  Over the past 5 years and ongoing, she has been mentored and trained in applied functional medicine with Tracy Harrison and the School of Applied Functional Medicine and received her Certification in Applied Functional Medicine for coaching. Rachael received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland and her holistic health coach training and certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Her scope includes not only biochemical and nutritional balance but also the critical elements of overall lifestyle balance and stress (e.g. career, relationships, movement, self-care, spirituality). After all, the body often reflects the state of the mind and the heart.
